Lift Vapor is available to U.S. customers with U.S. shipping addresses with delivery supplied by either the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. Orders of $50.00 or more will receive free shipping by USPS ground service.

If you purchase from our stocked item options by 12pm EST, your order will be shipped out that same business day. If you are ordering a Custom Vapor blend, your order will be shipped within 48 hours. If you order multiple products along with creating your own Custom Vapor blend, your order will be shipped within 48hours.

Warranty Information & Return Policy

Lift Vapor offers a 1-Year manufacturers warranty on all hardware purchased through our website. All other purchases are final. Shipping and handling charges will apply. Customers will be subject to terms and conditions on hardware purchased through a local retailer or through third party members. Our warranty will not cover misuse of this product in the form of physical damage, alteration, service or repair of any kind without the authorized expressed, written consent of Lift Vapor LLC. Lift Vapor will not be responsible for warranties and returns on items purchased outside of www.liftvapor.com.

RMA forms can be obtained by clicking here, please allow five to 10 business days for processing your request. All e-liquid/cartridge sales are final and cannot be exchanged.

NOTE: All exchange requests MUST be accompanied by an RMA form, a proof of purchase, and all items exchanged. This request must be exchanged within one year of original purchase date. We hold the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet the requirements. We recommend that you return your product via traceable mail as we do not take any responsibility for undelivered exchanges. Lift Vapor is not responsible for refunding any shipping fees incurred when returning exchanges. All exchange requests must include a proof of purchase. Any package received without a proof of purchase will be returned to the sender.

What is the shelf life of your liquid?

Approximately four months without refrigeration and six months with refrigeration.

How many drops should I put into my cartomizer?

We recommend that you put in 15 to 20 drops per cartomizer.

What vial sizes do you sell?

Lift Vapor offers 5mL, 15mL, 30mL and 50mL vials in both Flavor Vapor and Custom Vapor sections.

What flavors do you have?

Lift Vapor carries 30 flavors on our flavor vapor section and 50 flavors on our Custom Vapor section which you can mix and match, so the combinations can be endless.

Can Lift Vapor help me quit smoking?

No. Lift Vapor is not intended to be used as a smoking-cessation product and is not approved by the FDA as a smoking-cessation product. If you are seeking help to quit smoking, we recommend that you talk with your physician who can help prescribe you FDA-approved smoking cessation programs and(or) products.

When building my Custom Vapor, how do I know which PG/VG combination is best for me?

Most people enjoy the quality of our original Flavor Vapor recipe, however a small group of people have reported experiencing minor irritations such as a sore throat associated with propylene glycol. If propylene glycol isn’t an issue for you, you can still explore adjusting the levels on our Custom Vapor section to see which PG/VG ratio is right for you. You may like the results.

Is the Flavor Vapor different than Custom Vapor?

Yes. Flavor Vapor is our own house blend and retails for a lower and more affordable price per vial than if you were to build your own custom vapor. In our Custom Vapor section we offer more flavor varieties than in our Flavor Vapor section.

Can I use Lift E-cigarettes in restaurants, bars and other public places?

Unlike traditional cigarettes, lift vapor products do not produce smoke; rather it produces a vapor which disappears in a few short seconds. As electronic cigarettes become more main stream, more restaurants and bars will make the change to allow e-cigarettes into their establishments. As for now, always check with the location before using any Lift Vapor products.

How do Lift Vapor electronic cigarettes work?

Lift Vapor electronic cigarettes come in rechargeable and non rechargeable varieties. Both operate the same way when inhaling. The cartomizer which stores the liquid is activated, turning the liquid into a vapor.

Does Lift Vapor offer E-cigs?

Yes. Lift Vapor has a line of E-cigarettes and associated hardware available in select store locations and online in our Hardware section.

Yes we do. On our Custom Vapor section you can control and adjust your PG/VG levels on the bar graph when placing your order. If you feel a PG free product is right for you, you may slide the needle on the bar graph over to the 100% (VG) reading to create a 100% PG free product.

Do you disclose your ingredients to the consumer?

Lift Vapor shows all ingredients on our labels.
